By shopping at Reliette Welt, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

1. An order is considered valid once payment has been received and verified by our system.
2. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product turns out to be out of stock; in that case, the full amount will be refunded.
3. For pre-order products, the ready-to-ship date shown is an estimate, not a firm commitment. Any schedule changes will be communicated by email.

2. Payment

Orders with the status "Awaiting Payment" must be paid in full within 60 minutes, or the order will be cancelled automatically. For pre-order purchases with a down payment scheme, the remaining balance must be paid before the date shown on the order page.

3. Shipping

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is provided by the courier and may change due to factors beyond our control (weather, logistics congestion, etc.).

4. Returns & Cancellations

• You may cancel an order yourself as long as its status is still "Awaiting Payment" or "Down Payment Paid."
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped can only be cancelled through Live Chat with our team.
• Claims for defective or incorrect products must include photos and be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. Vouchers & Promotions

Voucher codes are only valid under their stated terms (minimum purchase, specific products or categories, validity period) and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms & conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
