Shipping & Delivery Fees
Reliette Welt ships diecast collections across Indonesia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of the items in your cart, so there are no hidden fees that appear after your order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Regular in-stock products are packed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Pre-order products ship after the estimated ready date shown on the product page. This date is an estimate rather than a firm commitment, and you can track its status from the My Orders page.
Transit time on the delivery route follows the courier service you select at checkout.
Packaging
Every diecast is packed with an extra protective layer, not just the product's original box, so the model stays in perfect condition until it reaches you. Diecast collectibles are prone to scratches or cracked glass parts when shipped without additional protection.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number appears automatically on the order detail page as soon as the courier receives your package.
